There's a 50% chance one girl was interested in me, and about 10-20% another did.
I was into the first, of the second I entertained the possibility years later.
It doesn't matter either way, despite being in love with the first I never made any advances because I knew I wouldn't measure up, I had nothing to offer, I create no value, and if she really was interested in me, she was only interested in a non-existent idea of me, or maybe had hopes that couldn't ever be fulfilled.

Years later I dropped out of uni 2 times, never had a job, am in love with a woman on the other side of the globe who streams with a rig of an anime avatar, so I was right in a way.
