They can get away with quite a lot. A good amount of the Japanese branch played NKODICE which Hololive banned, and Mashiro watched Jackass and many other weird videos on stream the other day with a barely functioning censor as opposed to Cover's very anal handling of copyright, for example. Well, they're both good groups in their own right, but I would definitely say Nijisanji is less restrictive.
