On top of ASMR chuubas, there are also lewd VRChatters if you want something more visual. It's hard to find ones that are legitimate females, but to me it's worth the effort. They can also be pretty stingy with VODs, so if you find one you like you might have to use Twitch Recover + twitchtracker.com + yt-dlp to find and download their unpublished/sub only VODs, details on that are in the OP.

As for recommendations, I have a few:
