This doesn't just apply to vtubing either, working remote as a foreigner to any company is really fucking hard. I have koreans who work remote at my california based company, and are constantly getting fucked since their deadlines have to lineup with ours in the PST timezone. They also have to deal with a much longer and bullshit management pipeline when having concerns or requests.
