This is fuckton and setting nonzero bitrate doesn't help. Just -crf 12 or -crf 18 should be enough, and usually increasing crf is the best way to shrink the size.

You either disable audio or encode it with vorbis, not both.

This is horrible but if it somehow works in some cases then okay.

Do not recompress previous result, use whatever.mp4 again. Also something like this might save time:
