TL;DR how I see it, it all boils down to Cover restricting creativity after Chink yab and Coco being unable to enjoy working under those restrictions. YT was late with anti-spam features which also prevented Coco from collabing for far too long.

>Cover grew too big too fast and the organizational side of it wasn't coping well with increase in responsibilities well
>When Taiwan yab happened they were underequipped and unprepared to handle it and fell back to their default behavior: vacay talents while they try and sort the mess

How right am I? Honestly, it's not as bad as I thought. It just looks like Cover is massively slow in crisis management and not all entertainer talents can tolerate working under emergency content creation restrains that were enacted after Taiwan yab and YT content guidelines.

I can live with this, Japan companies are conservative dinosaurs and VTubing is very young industry by their standards.

I have hope that situation will get better in general and specifically in Cover. If not for Coco than for other talents.

Not like I've never changed workplaces over disagreeing with policies.
