It's more like Riku was detached from the whole company. Look at all the decision made by PR in the main branch. They even self admitted that most of them weren't gone through or approved by Riku himself. He didn't even know which livers were fired in ID (by everyone else knows), until after the ID branch fold.

My Elira doesn't deserve any of this. No wonder Pomu left. No wonder they all left. Why is the company so cheap despites it was supposed to be a second biggest vtuber agency in the world. I don't understand, why are the oversea management team so dumb. They did the same with Korea and ID branch, I should have known it. Why didn't they see it? I feel so bad for all the girls, they don't deserve any of this. No wonder the girls were miserable putting on their own forced smile. I pitied Petra if she joined some small corpo things would have gon different. My Elira could have gotten better future and actually growing up like Kiara instead of getting all her future eradicated because of the uselessness of the management team.

It's not going to work. Termination or graduation. The fate of NijiEN had already been decided by the graduation of Pomu. When she left, Nijisanji will die, Selen's termination just sped up the process. Everyone that has a brain of a five years old already knew that. The rest of us were just in denial. Elira would have known about that too, but you can not leave if unless allowed to. After Pomu the graduation slot had already clogged up. NijisanjiEN did everything in their power (even shitty decisions) just to try and not making Selen leave. Let me tell you a fact that there's no such thing as bullying. It's just an excuse to save face for the JP-EN managers. They cared about their honorable bullshit more than their own livers while working half asses and left everything else to the livers

At this point I only hope either MataraKan, Pomu or Doki could save Elira. I feel so hopeless after everything. It's been more than a month she hasn't streamed.

At this point, Riku has abandoned the entire EN branch. There's no choice left, and what she has done is not as bad as what people done to her. They want to feel like a hero, taking down an evil boss who's nothing but a minion. I believe, and I strongly believe, MataraKan will save her and Pomu will help her. Because MataraKan mentioned about Elira's health a few weeks ago on her trip to Japan.
