Let's break down the termination notice. We assume that these were the most noteworthy infractions, because imagine punching your superior and your termination notice says "fired because you left the lid of the toilet open and many more". It should be noted that the notice abuses the word "false" and "falsely"

>1. Using a copyrighted song in her stream without prior authorization
Fancy wording just to say that she played a copyrighted song in a stream by accident. But they seem to forget the spirit of this rule: to protect the talents from copyright strikes from youtube and risk getting the channel banned. As long as you private the stream to edit it out and nothing happens to the channel, it's LITERALLY NOTHING. Using this rule infraction to terminate someone is moronic, given that other nijiEN also did this and more frequently than Zaion

>2. Revealing internal info that can cause issues for stakeholders
Extremely vague info.
- "Internal info" can range from "management didn't like this" to "here's the password to our accounts".
- "Stakeholders" means a person with an interest or concern in something.
- "Can cause issues" means she could've caused issues, but she didn't

>3. Making statements that could lead to speculation or leaking of internal information using social media accounts that she personally operates, during her activity suspension time
She liked someone's tweet with her OWN twitter account, during her "indefinite suspension/termination". It's not using the corporate account, her own personal account. This sounds really stretched given that other nijiEN all use their PL accounts to shit on the company and fans.

>4. Offensive remarks regarding discrimination and sexual assault
So the infamous rape joke from the Karaoke game. This is the only reason they could've used to suspended her, but then other nijiEN livers did worse comments and got scot free.

>5. Several infringements of the Rules pertaining to the use of games [...] and repeated false justifications given to ANYCOLOR Inc regarding these infringements
Extremely vague statement, and the second part is just changing "making excuses" to "false justifications". I guess it's referring to wanting to play Hogwarts Legacy and the troon infested management and livers didn't like it.

>6. Expressing her will to perform streams using illegal games
She acknowledged piracy/emulation, not like she actually pirated/emulated games on stream. So where's the damage?
