Uh...yes? Those two only ever get posted or talked about in reference to them being former talents. Them leaving is now what they're known for. People used to use Rushia as a catch-all mascot for flat or yandere memes and they'd post clips of her screaming or spilling her cola - nobody posts that shit anymore. And Coco was a memelord, everyone got together to watch Reddit Shitpost Review, even if they claimed to hate it.

The problem is never that a company fired their talent, the problem is that they hired them to begin with. Zaion, Rushia, whoever can do whatever they want on their own. They don't need to join a big corporation. But if they do, then they are owned by that corporation. You can't separate Nijisanji from Anycolor or Hololive from Cover - THE COMPANY is the very thing they're joining.

Knowing that, why would you be against them firing someone they don't get along with? Why would you want to work somewhere you're hated? They hired you; they can fire you. The problem is never the firing. It's that they hired her to begin with.

You're just upset because you became attached and now you have this image of this unified unit or wholesome family irreparably destroyed, and that's fair. They tarnished their own image. With every graduation or termination, a hole that can never be filled is torn into the image of the company, there's now this dead character permanently frozen in your memories of Nijisanji, and it's 100% the company's fault for making you feel this way. I totally agree with that.

But the solution isn't to keep her, the solution is to be better at vetting talents. They should've never hired her. She should've always been an indie or a PickmeConnect or something. These big corporations are controlled by the SJW brigade, BLACKED faggots like Kyo and dumb young women like Finana, and old men in suits who don't care about anything other than pushing money around. If you're not going to appeal to them, you need to go somewhere else. Sorry. Try again in 10 years when the culture changes.
