The hair and the lack of ears, desu. As for the tits, some of the gens come out with some tits, sometimes closer to flat.
The person behind niicola doesn't have tits, obviously, but for the character, if we go by the original source material, the breast size isn't specified because she used character.ai instead of NovelAI for NiiCola, which blocked breast size tags, if I recall correctly.
