For September, it really depends on where you cut your "one of the top holos" assertion.
She's in the top 15, in 15th place, which technically is "in the top", but it is not as remarkable as your assertion makes it sound

Pekora is something completely else. She distorts any chart she’s in.
With these numbers Miko would be at the top in pretty much any chart in the world by a HUGE margin if Pekora (and Kuzuha) didn’t exist even if their audiences scattered in the wind and never moved to someone else and, yet, she looks unremarkable in this one

I can only wish I had data as good for Nijisanji as for Hololive because it would be very interesting to see Kuzuha vs. the rest of Nijisanji and to see Nijisanji and Hololive side by side in the same chart.
