No, I think it's just a another job for them. Even if you like your job you have to put up with some annoyances to get that money.

If they could perform the same, views and money wise, without constantly walking on eggshells to not anger the GFEschizos they would definitely do it. It's simply not possible because the main paying costumer for vtubers is one deep into the surrogate girlfriend delusion, whether or not the vtuber herself enforces such view. They don't have to hate it, some are mentally ill enough to actually like such interaction and after a while any streamer becomes parasocial with her fanbase to a degree, but the paranoia-inducing aspect of having to deal with GFE schizos is the first thing they would like to do away with. Do not think that you GFE schizos would be tolerated under any other circumastance, it's simply not female nature to be chartiable to emotionally unstable and needy men.
