That makes no sense. By the time a coin drops to 80% of its value, you will reach the point where a single dividend payment will pay for the whole coin. That fact alone will make it so that numbers won't drop anywhere near that low.
Also, the current numbers are the result of inflation, and that giant amount of cash is still in circulation and won't leave anytime soon just because of a 10% nerf to day trading.
