This is extreme hyperbole. Play every hero once and you're furnished with most of the relevant game knowledge. Also, you can queue 'turbo' (a gamemode where xp and gold is gained faster, as well as weaker buildings making the game take half as long) which is something I used to do with some lads I befriended on /jp/ (we also played the Touhou "Defense of the Shrines" mod)
