Sorry for replying late but being underweight is really fucking bad for your health. Like obese level bad. Looking at this graph you can see that a bmi of between 18.5 (the cutoff for underweight) and 20.9 has a mortality rate (chance of dying in a random year) equivalent in mortality rate to somewhere around bmi 35, which is clinical obesity class 2. And lower bmi than that gets worse really fast. Men get absolutely fucked by low BMI. Please calculate you bmi and fix your fucking diet. Add extra scoop of rice, a cup more of pasta and put some cheese or heavy cream in all your dishes if possible.
