I'm a mild menhera, but I'm only positive on twitter, and even here most of the time. Anything negative I have other outlets for so it doesn't leak to anywhere that would matter. I never want them to see my name and worry if I'm doing okay or not. I want them to know that I'm doing well and enjoy their company without anything else getting in the way of it

I tend to journal whenever my thoughts get really really bad. It helps as an outlet without it really influencing or affecting anyone else. And then I get to look at it the day after when I'm in a better mindset and realize I'm doing better If posting here helps, then go ahead, and I hope your meds treat you better soon
