I was so sure that people like Snuffy, Haruka and Anny would get in and then one or two unrelated people so they can point to them and they "see, it's not just nepotism, we didn't just hire our friends".
Now that Anny and Snuffy have gotten rejected I have NO FUCKING IDEA what's even happening. Snuffy in particular makes no sense. She's friends with all of the current members, she is one of the biggest indies on twitch and gets thousands of viewers, she gets sponsors and can sell merch. Not really though. The figure in the leak is not their total income. It's only the income from subs and bits and nobody takes bits seriously. Direct donations are through streamlabs, not twitch, so they're not included in the leaked figures. The actual income of these twitch streamers is significantly higher than the leaked figures.

Many /vt/ posters that shit on Vshojo don't even watch them and base their entire opinion on rrats and shitposting that they read here. This becomes really obvious when they say complain about Vshojos making only sex jokes but then say that Ironmouse is good when she's one of the worst offenders in that regard.

Someone saying Vshojo is "only sex jokes" is laughable too and shows that he never watched them and only bases his opinion on shitposts. Froot is seiso as fuck, Nyanners makes maybe 3 lewd jokes in a 4 hour stream, there are more offensive streamers in hololive. Even the lewder ones like Ironmouse have plenty of other content. Veibae is the only one who actually relies on sex humor.

The "politics" angle is stupid too. Zen tweeted about the capitol riot and later deleted that tweet and apologized, but fair enough, that was a political statement. None of them ever get political on stream though and other than that Zen tweet I don't think there's anything else so it's pointless fearmongering based on one deleted tweet by one member.

The reason /vt/ shits on Vshojo is a mix of /jp/ posters hating on a western company that tries to get into a japanese field and tribalfags hating on anything that isn't hololive or an irrelevant indie group.
