Nijifan here, Mito is primarily referred to as iinchou, and is seen more as a pioneer or a figure of admiration rather than authority. The seniority vibe is more from "she's first gen" rather than "she's THE iinchou".

Inspired a lot of her juniors into joining Nijisanji, there's like six or seven confirmed cases of this. Iinchou is very humble about her position though, she's actually pretty reserved in collabs.

I feel like if Sora went into the persona 4 tv world, the shadow version of her would be Mito. That's how i see them as similar
