This sort of "physics cheat" PLAGUED the "big boobs industry" in the 90s and early 00s and, for some reason, it survives in the poorly made boobs for anime girls (like in kson case here >>31431981).
This webm of course is a sick exaggeration of what sort of extremes a person can go (like most fetishes, a man extreme is another fap material) but sometimes it is done out of ignorance instead of out of fetish
