Quickly adding: They take all the money. From contracts and of course the payouts from Youtube.
I'm not implying, that cover does nothing. There's a lot money flowing and a people have to be paid, investments have to be made. And hopefully nobody things, the chuubas aren't well paid. Okayu is constantly investing in her stream room. The KU100 is on her buying list. And by the little stories how often she seems to go out with the others for eating lunch or so, I would say, it's an income on the top 5% of Japan.
But it seems fair, if you think about their work. Lot's of practicing singing, dancing, doing stupid promotions, setting up their own thumbnails... who knows what kind of assets (music, graphics, etc) Cover provides for their stream. I've seen Fubuki using the free version of Pulsoid to display her pulse in stream. The bgms they pick. Maybe, they can just say: Cover, get me a license for that and this is what cover does for them similar to the games they want to play. Since their last costume reveal, I think the design and development of their avatars and stream overlays is also completely in their direction and Cover is just supporting that by providing artists for them.

Still something where I have lots of questions. Either all chuubas live nearby enough so they don't have too much hassle to travel there and be at home in the evening. Korone, Subaru and Okayu cannot live to far away from each other. So it's again interesting, if there's anyone who lives farther away from this pile around Cover's secret second address where the chuubas meet.
But in general, I'm still questioning, if it's their own studio or if they have to pay rent and thus is the reason why it's not used more often besides Covid effects.
I miss the 3d collabs a bit such as the Ring Fit collab or any other show where Okayu and Korone could spice up a show.

So again, I'm not blaming anything, I'm just interested in how Cover works. It's obvious, that the talents have a lot freedom to do stuff and are rarely forced to do something.
