I don't understand what's so hard to grasp about how it's hard to explain how to succeed as a performance artist (which, let's get down to it, that's what chuubing is)
If you wanted to get into, say, singing, you could listen to and emulate established singers' styles. In fact, many modern pop artists specifically cite a whole smorgasbord of singers who they took inspiration from. Or, you can do vocal coaching. You can watch videos on breathing or projection exercises. You can do a mix of both. Or you can just YOLO and go out to an open mic night with zero prep work and rely on natural talent.
