Yeah once the main quest is finished your playthrough is over. Unless you grab the Functional Post Game Ending mod which she can't do. Next time she plays I'll send a sc to let her know- assuming she'll have sc's enabled and assuming she will bother reading them that is. It would be a shame if she prematurely ends her playthrough before doing the dlc or some of the more obscure but fun side quests.
