One of the funniest things of the recent attempt by the Niji Internet Defense Force on X is that they’re not even trying to defend the management decisions anymore.
They resorted to attack the “nomenclature”, pretty much like this

They’re trying to move the battlefield to semantics
>they do not overwork their staff, hence they’re not a black company based on the Wikipedia definition
which is a much simpler (and misdirecting) defense than try to actually defend the company practices
