i'm laughing a bit, but for any anons who are curious you actually should bear weight with your lower back. obviously you can get an object into a bear carry if you squat, but at any rate your lumbar is the thickest part of your spine, and its spinous process is also the part of your spine most suited for extension and flexion in the saggital plane. this is a somewhat heterodox view, but an increasingly understood one, that it's not that people hurt their lower back from overuse, but just that all roads lead to rome so any bad biomechanics that you have will eventually lead to back issues since it is, essentially, your core. it's funny she talked about this in particular, because i have to give advice to a lot of my friends because they've spent years of avoiding using their lower backs, which leads to proprioceptive issues.

tl;dr, do squat, bear weight with your pelvis sacrum lumbar spine complex, and make sure you give it a little bit of freedom to sort of 'nod' while you walk, because that's what it's meant to do
