Pretty sure that her 1st and 2nd outfit, the wrap dress in that picture and the one with the pointy hair that everyone knows used the same base model and didn't change anything beyond her hair or clothes. She also did get that 2nd outfit updated to her current body with a couple of small changes from accel papa to make it look more modern with how they added a bit more curl to her hair, as seen in pic related. I do love how she would bounce between outfits to fit the mood of the song during her concerts, though, which is why it's really nice to see one that's more fitting for her current music being added to the options.

Sora's wasn't even sponsored, while Watame and Suisei had support from Bushi. She has a proven track record for sales when it comes to a live audience which eliminates a lot of fear for people organizing the event and working out the budget. She also has a billion contacts with all the various events she's participated in, and having live Lives has always been her biggest joy and goal in Hololive so I can't believe she won't push for and work towards more.
