The project isn't actually that terribly hard. Take an MMD model (Petra was the only NijiEN girl to have one in public), put it through a voxelizer such as https://drububu.com/miscellaneous/voxelizer/ with the output as a schematic (for the material, use the most common color possible), paste the schematic into creative and use worldedit shit such as brushes and gmasks to color the statue. For building in a survival server, save the creative build as a schematic in Litematica and create the placement somewhere within the world, then just gather the mats and start placing.
