As for how the story is going, it's interesting to think as original fiction but man... the ties to Shiori Novella, the hololive character, are running thin. I know by nature this is going to be a story with only Shiori and Redacted-san but the focus on side characters lately really is stretching the fanfic appeal of this thin.
Maybe this is a pacing issue but the arc fatigue for this is just getting exponentially worse with each 'nothing happens of note' chapter. I know you're writing ahead but you might want to consider squishing together plot points and refocusing back towards the main duo rather than on the town itself... though at this point it might be a structural flaw with the arc.
