Since it's clear none of you guys watch Nene let me help you out: Among the EN girls, the ones she talks about are Ina and Kiara. When Kiara was in Japan, Kiara would be a topic that would pop up regularly for Nene during her discussions (and for good reason too, due to events), with Ina being mentioned sporadically here and there. When Kiara left, these positions switched in that Ina is commonly spoken about with Kiara sporadically popping up (like during the birthday streams).
They're both very close to Nene and it's sad to compare who's closer because it's hard to decide. You can say Kiara is because they had an earlier history with offcollabs and you can say Ina is because the amount of times she brags about her, along with all their off-screen interactions, shows their good relationship. You could say Nene staying awake for Kiara and didn't bother for Ina, but then you hear about how Nene was practically begging for Ina's forgiveness over it despite Ina saying she should sleep / do her own thing in the first place.
You could even post stuff like >>6548549 and use it as proof, but Ina and Nene have the same exact thing too and have made even more plans together than Kiara and Nene have.
So basically
>tl;dr shut the fuck up about comparisons because they're both legitimately equally close. You can expect Ina to be mentioned commonly nowadays but that doesn't mean she's closer than Kiara, and Kiara's earlier history with Nene doesn't put her above Ina.
