Do any anons who've had experience with multiple audio interfaces know how big a difference they can make between budget and quality?
I've had a focusrite solo for quite a while, thinking of getting a rodecaster duo which has way more features and will allow for stereo/asmr

One big issue I have now come from being a quiet person with lots of BG noise. I have to turn input gain to max to reliably hear myself (hitting green/yellow without digital boosting) but then my condesner mic acts like a spy device picking up every sound in my house, a dynamic mic is better but still requires max gain and lacks the condensers quality. I'm hoping a better interface might work in allowing me a type of higher gain + lower sensitivity kind of situation, letting close vocals be isolated like they are when I turn the scarlet solo input down but with enough gain to be at audible levels
Getting better condenser mics than an AT2020 I'm sure would help too, but assuredly a better interface also helps by itself right?
