you don't need to make perfect lines in one stroke is easier just do multiple lines to form one, don't mistake it with chicken scratching, if you use a the same lineweight with no variation in the thickness, it looks like everything has the same texture, for example the little folds in the tits in this picure are done with thin lines because that area is not really that hard pressed and is barelly noticeable, same with that hank of hair, using thinn lines to depict the fine strings of hair can make a huge difference instead of just using the same line thiccness.
You can use the same lineweight for the entire lineart but you need to know how to do it right.
