Grief comes from regret. To come to terms with grief you have to come to terms with what you regret. Once you come to terms with what you regret, understand that everything will end eventually. Tragedy can happen at any time, so the best way to be prepared for grief, is to live your life with minimal regret. That's a learning process though, and to learn you have to experience grief first.

So here's some questions to ask yourself to help you come to terms with it:
>What is changing?
>What is the same?
>What did I wish I could do then, that I can't do now?
>A situation like this can happen again. What changes can I make between now and then so I don't have to experience this regret again?

A common conclusion people come to during graduations is to spend less time focusing on haters and more time loving your oshi.
