I know these shitpost threads from back in 2022 are really stupid but there's a lot of truth to it. In many ways these 3 in particular were a very integral part of NijiEN's success.
Pomu was the most creative, being able to work in virtually any scenario and having the most standout personality of anyone in her branch and arguably in all of EN vtubing.
Selen is kind of similar, leaning more into the more gamer appeal and pushing for a lot of the best collabs and events that the branch ever had. Keep in mind that if not for her, Wrestlesanji would have never happened.
Nina was a little different. She made connections with pretty much everyone and arguably did the most to get people in and out of NijiEN to interact with each other and was literally the team mom for better or worse. Her leaving first was honestly the point of no return, its no coincidence that Pomu's decision to graduate came about a month after Nina left.
