She's not lazy or breaking kayfabe, she's just more comfortable/less awkward on stream so she doesn't need to lean on playing an over-exaggerate character to cope with not knowing how to conduct herself on stream

When I say "outdated information", I'm mostly referring to how most chuubas start out kind of awkward/amateurish but then get better at streaming over time and gain confidence.
If you need an example, pick literally any vtuber who's been streaming for more than a year and compare the way they act in their debut stream to the way they act now. They may not be a different person on a fundamental level, but they certainly behave differently enough that someone's impressions of them from debut might not be accurate anymore.
