Boy, let me tell you about Vampoyo (Hauntuber).
She sprited 3 full characters, each with a dozen of poses, each with various animation frames, they all have transformations too. Music, UI, backgrounds, intros? All done by her. She also has a menu that actually works and can control various things with, and yes, she coded it herself. She actually streams as multiple characters at once, each with custom TTS and various pre-recorded voicelines, she manually switches between sprites, while holding conversations with herself puppet show style, while playing videogames, while handling the UI, while interacting to chat, and she has no mods so she does that stuff too.
As I said, it's very niche, and there's still a lot of scuff since she does everything herself, but it has a lot of SOUL.
This is genuinely the most unique vtuber I know, and she can't break 10 live viewers.
