They never publicly announced Roa and it's been 3 years. They can let the contract lapse and never publicly announce a graduation and termination, if they feel like being extra punitive.

If only Tazumi is this merciful. Her contract will expire and Nijisanji will never send a signal to her fanbase to go and look roommate stuff. She will simply start streaming on her small indie channel without her larger fanbase ever finding out. Until an year later she starts retweeting on her official corpo account her lawyer swearing to assrape Nijisanji in court. Which is probably why livers can be locked out of their accounts now.
