You're having the same issue because you didn't do picrel...the setting I told you to try isn't actually enabled. Put "[seed]" into Images Filename Pattern and then make sure you click the big red button. If it was, you'd see it try and save "00009-381752620" instead of "00009-381752620-tokino sora, hololive, blue eyes, brown hair, long hair, red hair bow, gold star hairclip, fully robotic body, robot joints.tmp"
and the real issue is that the combined total path is >255 - so you've got SD itself git clone'd into an already long-ish directory structure, and not e.g. the root of your drive
