>What goes in a day's tally:
HoloEN, NijiEN, and StarsEN streams that starts before 23:59 JST and reach a CCV peak of 5,000 or higher at some point in the stream, sorted by highest to lowest bleedout

>How is "Bleedout" determined?
Take the peak CCV within the first 90 minutes of the stream and compare it with the highest CCV within 5 minutes of time when the stream's primary content ends (chuubas who take a while to wrap up or read SCs aren't punished)
Zs and clear chart anomalies are filtered

If there are any other suggestions to improve this experimental tally please let me know, including whether I should be posting screenshots of the spreadsheet or on-topic chuuba pics.

feel free to repost in dead hours between EN and JP primetime (this is my personal last post of this night for real this time)
I'll probably do about 10 streams of data entry for the 9/2 tally and finish it up in the morning
