Real Kronii is definitely very masculine, both in looks and personality, boobs or not. However, lately she's gotten more comfortable with showing a feminine side, for whatever reason. It's probably just a matter of realizing that Kronies like her for real, and coming to terms with a very different Vtuber model from what she is in real, and a sort of imposter syndrome.
