My strategy can be viewed as an issue tree. Based on whether coin brings good dividends or not, the amount of coins, the size of dip/spike compared to 14-day average and potential dvidends payout it decides whether to buy or sell and at what rate.
I tried to make the parameters pretty self-explanatory. For most of them, you can understand what they do by just playing around with settings (don't go too crazy, though).

This part is obvious. Just the usual "grug sees red, grug buys" is sufficient enough. The real question is how much to buy and at what rate.
Also, there's probably a way to determine when to sell these coins.
I might try to look into both of these problems sometime.
