Correct given if you donate to anyone from Phase Connect it goes to fishman's Phase Connect email. The problem is both Yuri and Lumi both were allowed to keep their discord servers, they were never made to hand them to PC management to have full control, so the likelihood is certain simps were given a way to donate directly to Yuri without fishman taking his contracted percentage.
And even if >>50223408 is true, there were probably a good following who were aware the PayPal was still active and Yuri could still get money out of it. A reminder that fishman offered to refund people for her PC fund donothon, even though there is a good likelihood those who got refunded will likely send it to nano again anyway.

Anyone following Phase can see that they are doing their new Invaders a lot differently than before and likely it's due to this in some part. All three talent were given new names and completely new models, new YouTube accounts (despite Ember having a 10k account that could have been reused) but had their Twitch channels renamed.
