I wanted to get laid in highschool, but luckily I noticed how fucked up everyone else got about it. Like there were people I knew who would talk about how they were in relationships they didn't even want to be in because "the sex was good" and thinking deeper on it such as having kids, getting sex addiction, or getting STDs, I decided it was genuinely a healthier decision for yourself to abstain until marriage. Ironically after that since I disregarded women a lot more, my confidence grew and I focused on myself more which made me more attractive to them. Just yesterday I had a load of women be really surprised when I told them I'm not dating anyone after they asked me what I was doing for my girlfriend, and it was too many for that whole politely "surprised" kind of thing.
It's kind of funny to me that my advice to other dudes when they ask how to get women to like them is to stop fucking caring about what women like.
