Thank you all for coming to another strengtg training stream in VRWorkout! We got past our previous time by cheating a little bit, but progress is progress! Next time we'll do even more push-ups until our paws give out! Just remember to stretch afterwards though and make sure you are taking proper breaks. We've also lowered our visceral fat to 'High' instead of 'Excessive'! It'll definitely change once I've had lunch, but it's a sure sign of progress however small. Ikuzo!
