The nomination is up to you. Vshojo put themselves up and they were accepted. Obviously Niji and Holo aren't going to bother with something like this. Small indies weren't going to make it in over bigger names. Zen already pulled out btw cause she felt she didn't deserve to be nominated and said she would rather someone else be in, so we could see someone else in there now.
