Vei only came to the group through Silver and Nyan, and eventually got a hold of only Mouse, Haruka and Zen to a meaningful level, when you put the pro and cons, it literally boils down to
Pros:
>having someone else to do more job for me
>not obligated to do stuff
Cons:
>more meetings
>it depends of her friends opinions of staying (Silver probably already thought of leaving)
>her reputation can drag the other girls reputation and she doesn't want that (hence why she always avoided saying retard)
>financially it doesn't make sense to have someone doing merch and sponsors with a bigger cut if the thing they invest in, doesn't really concern her (meet and greets, events, etc), when I'm already with a company that also does the same with a lower cut

One thing that doesn't really help out groups like these, is that people (fanbase) yearns for connections between them, Vei was basically apart most of the time, but she would still get hit with the "when are you playing with the girls", just like with Nyan, while I have some wishful thinking of like maybe Henya and she could have gotten along, I can also recognize, Nyan wouldn't join half of the shit because she's more focused with Aethel, just like Mouse is to Connor, but the difference is that, Connor is barely there, unlike Aethel who's always there. That shit still drags people down and give them more reason to leave. Hime is a good exception because she's barely streaming, so it doesn't affect her as bad, but for like them and Froot, it's always a worry (but Frootis mainly due to her mental state not being the best)
