They watch mine, but I've applied five times now to Holostars and not gotten in. I'm even making a running gag out of it.
The only time it would really matter is if you're currently unemployed and need a job, but YouTube doesn't even start paying until like a month after debut.
I don't know what works or doesn't. If I ever get an interview I'm going to ask them. This shit is too vague. That said, toss in your application. They'll pivot from fruits and femboys eventually.

The thread probably won't last til I get home to check my YouTube analytics but each of my applications has taken a week to three weeks to get viewed, but I've never gotten an interview.
For me Cover is the only company that focuses on the Japan/English sphere so I have to keep trying. I both love the concept and the talent but good Lord I hate this audition radio silence. You don't know where you stand with them.

I'll remember her for when Gura grabbed a bucket of milk in Minecraft and it was labeled Ina milk and Gura was disgusted for the next minute or so.
