She kinda phrases things in an odd way. For example she repeatedly says "I'm not pregnant" but never says "I was not pregnant" or that her hiatus was not due to pregnancy.
Also what kind of illness is so serious it would require you to be physically in a hospital for 2 months straight but then also go back to work a few months later?

I think its more likely she had a full menhera breakdown and tried to neck herself so she had to be "hospitalized" in a mental institution and then babysat by her parents for 6 months before she was determined to be well enough to stream. As to the cause of the breakdown it could be that she WAS pregnant but had a miscarriage/abortion or maybe it was just stress from school.
