Management is definitely proofreading and reframing these statements. This entire video reads like a Japanese Corporate letter. They're playing the hell out of the "Gen 3 betrayed us" angle, likely to save face. Gen 3 isn't without blame here, either, especially if the bit about "Gen 3 constantly threatened graduation if their demands weren't met" bit is even remotely true.
tl;dr: Everyone is a retard trying to cover their own ass. Either read between the lines or throw out the whole book.

Yeah, I'm sure there's people trading 24/7, but I imagine most people are getting burnt out and either setting themselves up for just 144 cycles at once and never bothering to check up on it (taking bad deals as a result), or setting up to trade part of a day and just not resetting it (and missing out as a result).
