As much as I like Suisei this just isn't true. THings like Project Winter and Micomet have had a huge impact on her brand and popularity. Suisei couldn't have made it on her own without Hololive. It's the key difference between Suisei and Mori, Suisei knows that these things keep fans interested in her and supporting her. Her music is her overall focus but she also does a lot of stuff within Hololive to get the most attention from the box she can. Suisei's popularity isn't just a function of there being a ton of Hoshiyomis but her attracting a lot of Hololive fans who have her as their 2nd or 3rd favorite.

In contrast Mori still has an attitude that people will listen to her music if they like it but vtuber music doesn't get popular only on the quality of the song but how much people want to support the persona of the vtuber who made it
