Fucking hell. I'm out of commission right now anyways. Technically still have power to the server for another hour, but no Internet. And the power has been out long enough for me to write this blog post.
I just finished setting OBS up, but it looks like the old UPS connected to my desktop needs replacing in and of itself - less than 10 seconds after the power cut off before it forcefully hibernated it.
The line interactive UPS running the server has been intermittently switching on/off due to voltage spikes or something since yesterday. The mains cables are buried around here and it's bright and fucking sunny, some retard must've plugged a fucking jackhammer in or a road crew fucking cut something.
AND BECAUSE THE DAMN INTERNET COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE A UPS IN THEIR $10,000 RACK OF HARDWARE, HONKBOT STOPPED.
I hope the thing tracking the market graph for long term views will handle an internet outage gracefully...

Anybody who claims to "unGoogle" Chromium likely just puts their own garbage inside it instead. At least Edge runs better. Bromite on Android being one of the few exceptions I am aware of. Similarly, Fennec is Firefox for Android with the telemetry removed.
