Yes, Yuno drew those (though Karin really appreciated them) when asked to draw her favorite saint. She went into a spiel about the different saints, official and unofficial patronages, history and her appreciation for iconography symbolism that was established for the originally illiterate masses to identify the saints.
She's mentioned she used to lie awake in bed at night afraid that she was going to hell when she was a little girl, but I think she's mentioned she's non-practicing these days.
